This song is called ‘Hilltop Procession (Momentum Gaining)’ by The Olivia Tremor Control, another band in the Elephant 6 Collective.  Jeff Mangum helps out on some OTC tracks, he does background vocals on this song, which is off the album ‘Black Foliage: Animation Music Volume One’.
